Light Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 eggs

¼ cup melted coconut oil

4–5 tbsp allulose (adjust to taste)

½ tsp baking powder 

pinch of salt 1 tsp 

vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and allulose.

Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla; stir until smooth and glossy.

Pour

Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.

Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.

Let cool

Let cool completely before slicing for a fudgy texture.
