1½ cups oat flour¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 eggs½ cup almond butter 3–4 tbsp xylitol (adjust to taste) ½ tsp baking powderpinch of salt
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.In a bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and xylitol.Add eggs and almond butter, then mix until a thick dough forms.
Scoop small portions onto the tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until set but still soft in the center.
Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
