Crunchy Sugar-Free Granola

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup mixed nuts and seeds (such as almonds, walnuts, pumpkin or chia seeds)

1 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp zero-sugar honey (or sugar-free syrup)

1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, and cinnamon.

Add zero-sugar honey and coconut oil, then stir until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture on the tray in a thin, even layer.

Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.

Let cool

Let cool completely — it will become crunchier as it cools.

Store

Store in an airtight jar and enjoy with yogurt or milk.
